'Lucid' is an animation concept that I'm developing for my final university piece, so I thought I would show you guys some concept art.

As usual it was made in Photoshop, this one took 13 hours and 45 minutes to draw, so its the longest drawing I've done so far!

Is Lucid from Diablo 3?

Not quite. I've not played the game yet, but the design of my creature was influenced by some of the game art. The Balrog from Lord of the Rings and Kronos for Wrath of the Titans were used as a references too

The name 'Lucid', I got from the term 'lucid dreaming', which is when you realize your dreaming and can control your dream from the inside. So that's a big hint at what the storyline will be
